Meet our Team

Suzi Latin

Suzi Latin

Controller

Suzi is Frank’s right hand and the controller at Frank’s Autobody. She has been a part of Frank’s Autobody for over 25 years. Her responsibilities include ensuring organizational efficiency, as well as monitoring the implementation of Frank’s policies and procedures. Suzi and Frank believe in supporting growth in their community. They practice that through contributing towards local animal shelters and other community benefit events. When Suzi isn’t juggling all the work tasks, she enjoys cooking, making various jellies/jams and competing in nose/scent work sports and conformation with their dogs.

Rebecca Klima

Rebecca Klima

Assistant Office Manager

Rebecca is a sound addition to Frank’s team. Her job includes assisting the controller and estimator, as well as coordinating with insurance companies regarding the repairs. She has taken multiple PPG courses in order to get a better understanding of the estimating department. Rebecca likes interacting with customers and assisting them throughout the repair process. When Rebecca isn’t at Frank’s assisting customers, she enjoys baking her way through the evening or spending time with her family.

Howard Ludlow

Estimator/Office Manager

Howard has been a part of the Autobody Industry for 44 years and has been working for Frank’s Autobody for 8 years. He attended the Auburn Career Center in 1982 and since then he has also achieved the PPG Master Tech and I-Car Gold certifications to further his knowledge. Being a manager, the part of his job Howard enjoys the most is getting to interact with customers, going through the estimate process with them, and making sure that they get the best service. When Howard isn’t writing estimates, he enjoys the outdoors with his family and friends.

Robert Hayden

Paint Refinishing Technician

Robert has been working in the Autobody Industry for the past 20 years and been with Frank’s Autobody for almost 14 years. His passion for cars and watching their repair transformation is what drew him into this industry. Since then he has attained multiple certifications to enhance his knowledge of the Autobody Industry, ASE, PPG, NCS, ICAR Gold Class. Robert enjoys the art of transformation that cars go through in the repair process. When he isn’t painting his way through cars, Robert enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

Derrick Rutledge

Derrick Rutledge

Paint Prep Technician

Derrick has been working in the Autobody Industry for over 27 years and has been working with Frank’s Autobody for almost 7 years. His interest in this industry came from growing up around cars and trucks, it also led him to attend Ohio Technical College in 2012. Since then Derrick has attended multiple autobody seminars and has also received PPG and I-Car Gold Certification. His job revolves around prepping vehicles for paint, priming body work, and sanding panels. In his free time, Derrick enjoys doing woodwork for his house and travelling to new places.

Mike Wyatt

Collision Technician

Mike’s the most experienced member of the team at Frank’s Autobody with an experience of 47 years in the Autobody Industry, 11 of which have been spent working at Frank’s Autobody. His job involves not only coordinating the daily repair schedule with the entire team, but also working with his co-workers to get the job done. The part of his job he enjoys the most is the challenge of repairing vehicles! When Mike isn’t at Frank’s Autobody coordinating with the team, he likes to delegate his time to helping veterans, riding his motorcycle and cooking up something new in his kitchen.

Gerald Straw

Gerald Straw

Restoration Technician/Body Technician

Gerald has been working in the autobody industry for 28 years. His position involves all aspects of autobody collision and restoration repair. His passion for cars started from a young age as he grew up around his father tinkering with cars and also his grandfather who owned his own body shop. Gerald loves taking something that is beat up and working/massaging it to look new again. Many cars that he has worked on over the years have placed awards at events such as The Amelia Island Concours and Pebble Beach Concours. Gerald has also placed many top awards with his Mustang at national shows including a Best of Show at Fun Ford Weekend. His Mustang has also been in two magazines (Super Ford Magazine and Mustang Enthusiast). Gerald graduated from Cardinal High School and Auburn Career Center in 1996. Gerald is PPG, Auto Color, and Spies Hecker certified. Outside of work, he likes to travel, go to local fairs and attend car shows with his Mustang.

Peter Kozjek

Peter Kozjek

Bodyman

Peter is a bodyman with Frank’s Auto Body & Restoration, Inc. His role involves anything to do with bodywork and painting. Peter is open to doing anything that needs to be done within his work as long as he is capable! Peter has always had an interest in cars and has amassed over 40 years of experience in the autobody industry. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors as well as volunteering for church missions to help build handicap ramps. 

Tom Merritt

Tom Merritt

Mechanic

Tom is a mechanic with Frank’s Auto Body & Restoration, Inc. His role involves any mechanical work that a vehicle requires. Tom’s favorite part of his job is being able to contribute to restoring a car to its original condition. He has always been mechanically inclined and enjoys mechanical work. Tom has 10 years of experience in the autobody industry. He is Hunter certified in alignments, chassis diagnostic strategies, engine performance diagnostic strategies, and advanced GDI drivability diagnostics. In his spare time, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, kayaking, hiking, camping, and working in the garage.

At Frank’s Auto Body, everyone works as a team and functions as a family unit. Employees feel at home in a comfortable environment, and many have worked for Frank for many years. Frank is a strong believer in ongoing education and does everything possible to maintain a friendly, safe workspace for all personnel.

The auto body shop employs some of the most talented and highly trained auto repair professionals in the Madison, Ohio, area. All members of the team are heavily invested in ongoing education and take the time to learn about the newest technology. Their goal is to provide outstanding customer service to every member of the community.
