COVID-19 Update
Effective March 23, 2020 at 11;59 PM, Ohio Gov. DeWine’s “Stay-At-Home-Order” will begin and remain in effect until a reassessment is done on April 6, 2020 at 11:59 PM with respect to the coronavirus COVID-19. Frank’s Auto Body & Restoration, Inc. has been making every effort to monitor and remain up-to-date in this unprecedented and constantly changing environment to protect the health and safety of our employees, vendors and customers.
Frank’s Auto Body & Restoration, Inc. will have operating hours as follows: (M-F 8 AM – 5 PM) Frank’s Auto Body & Restoration, Inc. will continue to work on scheduled vehicles but we ask that customers understand the impact coronavirus COVID-19 is having on all businesses that are involved in that repair process and that delays could be possible out of our control. Frank’s Auto Body & Restoration, Inc. asks that if you are feeling unwell please defer your visit to our facility until the “Stay-At-Home-Order” has been lifted/expired. Please understand that repairs to essential vehicles such as first responder vehicles (ie: police cars, ambulances, fire trucks) will take priority. Frank’s Auto Body & Restoration, Inc. is making every effort to monitor and maintain the safety of employees, vendors and customers. Adjustments to our current protocol may follow as changes evolve with respect to COVID-19. Currently, automotive repair and maintenance facilities are deemed essential and the employees who work for those facilities that repair and maintain such vehicles that enable operations that encompass movement/transportation of cargo and passengers are deemed essential.
